At Corkadel & Schneider, we help our clients through extremely difficult times in their lives.  We understand that most of our clients have never dealt with the legal system before and are often scared and intimidated by the process. Through proper counseling and open communication, each and every client can and will feel more at ease about their case.Located in the Capitol Hill area, we practice in all Denver metro counties as well as Weld, Larimer, Summit, and Eagle Counties.  We look forward to working with you and helping every way possible.

Christopher Corkadel

Mr. Corkadel struck out on his own quickly after obtaining his degree. He worked for a short time under the tutelage of Mr. Jonathan Hagn, an expert in debtor-creditor and bankruptcy law. In 2007, Mr. Corkadel established his own firm, which has been successful in handling a wide gamut of cases prior to taking on Ms. Schneider as a partner. Mr. Corkadel has had substantial success in resolving cases in favor of his clients over the years, ranging from complete acquittals at trial for felony defendants to settlement awards in excess of $200,000.00 for personal injury plaintiffs.

Mr. Corkadel was born in Colorado, but has moved extensively, including abroad. He has been back in Colorado since 2003. During his studies at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, he spent a vast amount of time focusing on trial practice and technique.

Jennifer Schneider

Prior to her starting her career at Corkadel & Schneider, Ms. Schneider practiced as both a deputy district attorney and a criminal defense attorney.  In 2008, Ms. Schneider began prosecuting cases in the 19th Judicial District in Weld County, Colorado.  During that time, she prosecuted cases involving DUI, domestic violence, and other misdemeanors.  In 2010, Ms. Schneider joined the Sawaya Law firm where she began her career as a criminal defense attorney.  Here she successfully acquitted a client charged with a DUI.  She also defended clients charged with more serious crimes including felonies.  In 2011, Ms. Schneider joined the Highlands Ranch Law Center where she was able to negotiate extremely reasonable plea offers for her clients charged with both felonies and misdemeanors.

Ms. Schneider is an 11 year resident of Colorado.  During her studies at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, she distinguished herself as both a member of the ABA trial team and the Moot Court Board.
